    In addition to our wide range of aluminium products and solutions, we offer a variety of services. As your industrial aluminium partner, we do everything in our power to make sure you achieve the best results.

    A full-service aluminium partner

    Many customers need more than extruded aluminium. They need a finished part, delivered on time, backed by someone who can handle the steps in between. Alongside our extruded profiles, we offer packaging, assembly of complete products, logistics, and after-service support, so a single partner covers the path from design to delivery.

    Our engineering and application development teams sit across our manufacturing plants, with dedicated R&D centres in Denmark, France, Germany, Norway, Sweden, and the United States. That means technical advice early, a named contact through the project, and support that stays with you from the first drawing to the delivered part.

    Every manufacturing site works to certification standards set by our Hydro Quality System, with additional standards where individual customer groups require them.

    Alstom, ContiTech, Hyundai, Panasonic, and Stihl have all recognized us for outstanding quality, and we were the first aluminium extruder to receive Ford Motor Company's Q1 Award, its highest honour for quality, service, and on-time delivery.

    How we test

    Our quality labs run tensile testing, etch testing, drift and expansion testing, quasi-static crash testing, grain structure and microstructure investigation, and three-point bending.

    For crash-critical parts we go further. We use and benchmark advanced material models for finite element crash simulation, which describe how an aluminium alloy behaves under load more accurately than simplified models do.
