Compliance and the Code of Conduct

We are committed to compliance and integrity​, and Hydro’s Code of Conduct is the foundation for how we act. It sets the standard for doing the right thing and acting with integrity across our global organization wherever we operate.

The Code of Conduct is built on Hydro’s values, and with Hydro’s policies and procedures and applicable laws and regulations, it provides the framework for what we consider responsible business conduct.

Hydro is a public limited company organized under Norwegian law with a governance structure based on Norwegian corporate law.
