              Green and sustainability-linked financing

              As part of its commitment to sustainability, Hydro has designed a Green and sustainability-linked financing framework (the ‘framework’) and a European green bond factsheet (the ‘factsheet’).

              • The Factsheet received a pre-issuance review from Sustainable Fitch, confirming alignment with both EuGB Regulation and the ICMA Green Bond Principles.
              • Cicero (Centre for International Climate and Environment Research) has allocated an overall medium green shading to the framework, while Hydro’s overall governance structure and processes have been rated Excellent.
