Outside of her work as a Paralegal Analyst in Hydro, Camila spends a significant amount of time volunteering. She heads a project called “Contruindo Futuros” (Building futures) where she mentors women entrepreneurs in the outskirts of Rio de Janeiro and volunteers her time as an English teacher for children from low income backgrounds at a school where she leads a team of seven teachers.
What motivates you to go the extra mile?
What motivates me to go the extra mile is my belief in the values of Care, Courage, and Collaboration. I find a deep sense of fulfillment in helping others and am passionate about making a difference and contributing to a positive work environment and society. Witnessing the impact of my efforts on my colleagues and the community inspires me to continue taking actions and making decisions that drive positive change.
